Talented students from The Colburn School will perform an interactive concert featuring the Prokofiev Quintet. Originally conceived as incidental music for a ballet about the circus, the piece has transcended its beginnings and become a standard part of the musical canon. Come experience the circus through the dark and mysterious ear of Sergei Prokofiev, as the quintet presents an all-encompassing show of music and entertainment. Be prepared to learn, experience, and take part in the music making!
